Two Days of ITA intense education. This course focuses on the many opportunities performing HUD & FHA inspections. Some of the topics covered in this course are: Getting HUD approval, FHA 203B Inspections, FHA 203K Inspections, FHA Rural Development Inspections, Code Compliance, Environmental, Insurance, REAC, Section 8, Single Component and New Construction Inspections. In addition you will learn how you can profit from performing these inspections and who uses these types of inspections.
