Mold Sampling/Survey Inspection Course Two and a half days, $499 A complete system for Mold Management! Learn everything that you need for managing this hot issue! There are multiple ways to manage the mold issue: Disclaim it altogether, perform inspections for mold-conducive conditions and recommend further evaluation or perform surveys and take samples to send to a lab for further recommendation. Nevada On-site Inspection Course 102 76 Hours, $199 with Fast Track or Enhanced Course* The state of Nevada requires 25 field inspections to become a licensed home inspector. The Nevada On-site Inspection Course 102 provides 76 hours of detailed pre-licensing classroom and practical field training. Not only will this course provide you with 25 state required field inspections, it will also ensure that you have the fundamental knowledge for a successful home inspection profession.

Nevada Safety First! - Home Inspector Safety Three Hours, $69 In Nevada home inspectors are required to complete three hours of approved safety training in order to renew their license.
